We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms, Philippine law, or public policy.

By submitting inquiries through QuikMov, you consent to be contacted by property owners, brokers, agents, or QuikMov in connection with your request.

All communications shall be handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software available on QuikMov are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes.

You may not post false, deceptive, or unauthorized property listings.

You may not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
